i am a big advocate of supplements as well! i have so many that i have to use a pill planner to keep mine all organized, but it's worth it if it keeps me healthy.
i have no idea what any of these can be used for. i know i can always use google, but since you listed them out, it'd be awesome if you made a post describing your use for them!
I love zen tea. So calming, It's probably in my top five as a tea lover! I just discovered your blog and I absolutely adore it!!! I can't wait for your next post!
I could not agree more with these eight. The Zen tea is one of my favorites, chia are a breakfast staple, and in addition to a detox drink you can mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water and drink it in the morning- helps to decrease acidity in the body. Love the blog:)

i use it in cooking but i usually drink it with lemon in water and it's a nice detox drink.
