      H20
      Apple Cider Vinegar
      Lemon Juice
      Cinnamon
      Stevia

  2. i use it in cooking but i usually drink it with lemon in water and it's a nice detox drink.

    i also use it as a hair wash!

  3. i am a big advocate of supplements as well! i have so many that i have to use a pill planner to keep mine all organized, but it's worth it if it keeps me healthy.

  6. I could not agree more with these eight. The Zen tea is one of my favorites, chia are a breakfast staple, and in addition to a detox drink you can mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 8 oz of water and drink it in the morning- helps to decrease acidity in the body. Love the blog:)
